1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across all major cities and towns in Pakistan. Remote or less accessible areas may experience slight delays depending on courier availability.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping : On all orders.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours(excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery time: 3 – 5 working days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status via our courier partner’s website.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. If it fails again, the order will be returned to us. You may be charged for reshipping.
